At 220 sqm, the penthouse has a spacious living/dining area, an open kitchen, a large terrace, a balcony for two of the three bedrooms and offers accommodation for 6 people.
Piraeus is still one of the largest ports in the Mediterranean. In the Pasalimani marina, one of the largest marinas in Attica, there is the bustle of a marina combined with the vastness and tranquillity of a harbour that leaves the hustle and bustle of the city behind, just behind the harbour the city of Piraeus nestles in the bays.
The penthouse is located in the Pasalimani marina directly on the sea, in the semicircle of the harbour on the top floor of a high-rise building. Not only are shops, bars, pubs and the pedestrian zone of Piraeus within walking distance, but also wonderful walks along the sea are possible, on the one hand to the smaller marina Mikrolimano, open air cinemas, bathing possibilities on the beach and on the other hand to elegant yacht cafes and many beach tavernas.
The drive to the city centre of Athens with its sights takes about 20 minutes and allows an easy visit to the Acropolis, the museums, the city parks, shops, the ancient theatre Herodus Atticus with its open air performances in summer, the old town and its variety of tavernas as well as many other leisure possibilities. The walk to the passenger port with ships to most of the islands of Greece is 10 minutes away.

The penthouse is easy to reach via Athens airport.
The penthouse is ultra-modern in design and technology. A complete glass front offers a panoramic view of the harbour. All the furniture was specially designed and produced for the penthouse. All the fixtures and fittings were made to order, by hand. The basic colour is white, combined with strong red and light green, as well as with noble, dark, grey-brown oak wood flooring and bathrooms lined in white Greek marble by Dionissios.
The terrace, full of flowers and herbs, is also designed with noble grey marble flooring and grey modern light lounge furniture and a dining area for 10 people. The living/dining area is extremely spacious, with the kitchen flowing seamlessly into the dining area, which is also very spacious. The dining table is a special design piece, called the Flying Table made of lava stone, because it has no table legs.
The living room, dining area and kitchen look out over the harbour to the sea, as does one of the three bedrooms. The other two bedrooms face the back, with tranquillity and balcony access to jasmine flowers and lavender.
Athens was the centre of ancient Greece, which was an influential culture and an important empire in its time. Architectural monuments from the 5th century BC characterise the image of the city centre. These include the Acropolis, a city fortress on a temple hill, with ancient buildings such as the Parthenon columned temple. The Acropolis Museum, like the National Archaeological Museum, houses sculptures, vases, jewellery and other objects from ancient Greece.
Excursion to the picturesque Saronic artists' island of Hydra, where there are no cars or motorbikes and which has retained its originality: it has the highest protection of historical moments such as the Acropolis, and has beautiful and high-quality tavernas, ice cream parlours, shops, pubs, donkey and water taxis for transportation.
Excursion to the Saronic island of Poros, which nestles equally picturesquely on the hillside of the harbour and has equally delightful and original tavernas, ice cream parlours, shops and pubs.
Excursions to the Saronic island of Spetses which, like Hydra, is car-free; horse-drawn carriages and water taxis.
